With more than 30 years of experience in contract management, financial oversight, and program operations, she brings deep expertise and steady leadership to every aspect of the organization’s business functions.

Pam has played a central role in shaping EnCompass’ growth, developing the policies, systems, and processes that support high-quality delivery across a global portfolio. She oversees the company’s finance and contracts, human resources, information technology, and project management functions, working to ensure strong compliance, effective operations, and a people-centered approach to internal support.

Pam holds a BA in International Business and Spanish from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania.
