Change Management & Leadership

EnCompass brings decades of experience to its work in change management, leadership development, and coaching.  We help organizations navigate complex transitions, clarify purpose and strategy, and strengthen culture and systems. Our approach is grounded in Appreciative Inquiry and whole-systems thinking, creating safe spaces for stakeholders to engage honestly, reflect on what works, and co-create pathways forward. We combine evidence-based diagnostics with inclusive facilitation, coaching, and strategic communications to ensure change processes are not only well-designed but also owned by the people who will sustain them.

Below is a sample of the course topics we offer. Courses support the leadership behaviors and practices reflected in U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidance and the Executive Core Qualifications. If you do not see the topic your cohort is looking for, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss additional options. All courses are offered for virtual delivery on ZoomGov, WebEx, or any other government-supported virtual learning platform.
