Featured Project
World Health Organization (WHO), African Tobacco Control Resource Center, Business and Performance Management Planning (2010-2012)
WHO is establishing a Tobacco Control Resource Center to help contain the tobacco epidemic in Africa. Housed in Uganda, the center will work throughout the African continent to implement tobacco control legislation and programs in line with international best practices and obligations in the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. EnCompass helped to select the host country and organization in which the center is housed and is currently developing and implementing a business plan and performance management system for the center.
