Executive Coaching
EnCompass-led coaching programs, which are either face-to-face or by telephone, help middle managers and senior leaders:

We also provide coaching for executive teams, focusing on the role of a senior management team, internal relationships, and working methods.
Our Approach
- We find the right coach for the individual. We have a global team of highly qualified, certified executive coaches. As coaching is a very personal relationship, we perform a thorough assessment of the client to match the right coach with the client’s needs, personality, and language to ensure a strong and supportive relationship.
- We listen. We are versed in the practice of being fully present and in tune with the client through focused listening. We listen to what is said and what is not said to uncover the client’s sources of personal power as well as limiting assumptions, attitudes, beliefs, feelings, and fears.
- We question. We are skilled in the art of formulating powerful questions that promote reflection and insight. This is informed by EnCompass’ appreciative approaches and principles.
- We work from existing strengths. Our role is to help clients understand the nature of their gifts and strengths so that they maximize them for the benefit of those that they supervise and the organizations that they serve.
- We help change behaviors. We support the expansion of leadership behaviors through the use of effective action planning methods and tools. Once clients identify and commit to specific behavior changes, our coaches support them in the implementation of their goals.

- Are certified in the use of 360 instruments and a variety of individual assessments and profiles
- Have held management positions in government agencies, international organizations, corporations, or managed small or large businesses
- Are culturally diverse, coming from North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, with many speaking two or more languages.
