Executive Coaching Projects
EnCompass provides coaching to UN Agency directors and mid-level managers in conjunction with the Agency’s Leadership (LDP) and Management Development (MDP) Programs. The coaching component of these programs is designed to support senior leaders and middle managers in integrating 360 survey data and other assessment instruments including Emotional Intelligence 2.0, DISC, Strengths Finder 2.0, and the Lencioni Team Assessment; implementing a Personal Learning Plan; and applying tools and models to a team action project or organizational development project.

EnCompass provided coaching to a UN agency's managers in conjunction with the Management Learning Programme (MLP). The coaching component supported participants through a one-year, self-directed course of study focused on developing leadership and management competencies specific to the agency. EnCompass coaches provided monthly assessments of participant assignments for each module, as well as individual coaching to help participants absorb 360-degree feedback and to support individual development planning (IDP) and achievement.
EnCompass provided executive coaching services to support executive directors through bi-weekly, one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions over the phone. Content of coaching sessions varied as they were dependent on the emerging needs of the leader, and were driven by action plans established early in the process. The coaching process also integrated data for each client from self-report surveys (MBTI) and a 360-degree feedback instrument.
As a subcontractor to Leadership Enhancement Associates, EnCompass provided individual executive coaching services to directors in the Human Resources Department of a state university health system. The coaching sessions aimed to enhance individual leadership skills that would build a high-functioning and integrated HR leadership team. The process included a pre-assessment, analysis and de-brief, goal development, coaching, re-assessment, and final feedback.
