To meet the needs of our clients, EnCompass taps into its extensive network of individual consultants from around the globe. EnCompass engages about 50 consultants at any one time and typically works with as many as 100 consultants a year.
To ensure a diverse and qualified network of consultants, we are always eager to develop new relationships with skilled experts in the fields of organizational development, leadership, training, facilitation, coaching, evaluation, e-learning, as well as experts in substantive areas including health, HIV and AIDS, gender, and human rights. Our consultants bring solid professional experience, relevant language skills, and previous experience working with international or government agencies.
