EnCompass is a women-owned consulting firm based in the Washington, D.C. area that seeks to enhance the impact and capacity of government and multilateral agencies, corporations, and nonprofits around the world through customized services in organizational and leadership development, training, technical assistance, and evaluation. We offer a global and multicultural team of staff and consultants with a deep expertise in a range of issues including health, HIV/AIDS, gender analysis, and human rights. Best known for our strengths-based approach and whole-systems perspective, we consistently deliver outstanding and innovative results for our clients. We have conducted projects in more than 70 countries around the world.
EnCompass is staffed with Masters and PhD-credentialed senior social scientists, anthropologists, sociologists, public policy analysts, researchers, trainers, facilitators, and organizational development experts. We also engage senior-level consultants from around the world who bring additional cultural diversity to EnCompass’ work. Our Global Consultant Network is made up of highly qualified professionals, many who have held senior management and leadership positions in government agencies and international organizations; others have established and managed small businesses or held leadership and technical positions in the private sector.
